RACHA is a roguelike deckbuilder about running a Brazilian criminal operation from the favela. Assemble a crew of agents, send them to work each payday, and generate enough Reais to pay off your escalating agiota debts — before they come collect in person.

Each agent has their own personality, risk profile, and dirty little tricks. O Psicopata might kill one of your own crew mid-operation. O Funkeiro generates zero cash but throws a party so good everyone else works harder. The Hacker keeps a low profile — until he gets caught, and takes everyone down with him.

Every payday you choose a sequence card to determine how your crew activates, and reaction cards to bend the rules in your favor. Chain combos, sacrifice agents for power, bribe the cops, or pray nobody gets raided.

Between paydays, spend your pinos at the shop to expand your roster and deck. Level up your agents. Make harder bets.

Miss a payment and the run is over.
